  • Only install if there are differences in the dependencies since last successful launch
  • Only run tests if the code has changed since last successful launch. Or perhaps don't run them at all since they should be run by sentinel anyways
  • Only build if there were changes since last successful launch

Most of this is done, the only thing remaining is to install only when dependencies have changed instead of re-installing whenever a pull is performed
