Ubuntu 22.04 unable to switch theme to orchis #194

Hi I'm trying to switch my theme to orchis dark using gnome-tweaks, but whenever i try it switches back to yaru-purple. How can I make my Ubuntu 22.04 theme Orchis Dark?

So I tried installing orchis with the purple accent color, and that worked somehow? not sure what exactly was causing the error though.
