Sourcing .zshrc gets slower when it's called too often #5

Source zshrc too often, and it gets slower and slower.

Find a solution that picks up changes without sacrificing performance.

Pretty much solved with the following commits a960300 6c985d4 0f0cd1a

Sync options are checked once a day, brew ohmyzsh plugins check is also significantly faster.
