Webview installer fails

• I have read the preliminary instructions, and I am certain that my problem has not already been addressed.

What problem did you encounter?

When deleting prefix to install webview it gives this error

Try to download https://catalog.s.download.windowsupdate.com/c/msdownload/update/software/updt/2023/09/microsoftedgestandaloneinstallerx64_1c890b4b8dd6b7c93da98ebdc08ecdc5e30e50cb.exe yourself, otherwise you are unable to download Webview.

I just needed to reboot my machine
