Different buttons for mouse and scroll

Would it be possible to separate mouse and scroll functions?
My idea would be to use at least two shortcut buttons. One to activate the mouse and one to activate the scroll

This is definitely doable, but what I've seen generally is that people would find it difficult to assign buttons because of lack of buttons on the remote.

On a full size remote, the scroll and mouse functionality is already different (you can use color buttons to scroll, dpad to move mouse and info button to toggle mouse functionality)

If you think it can be further simplified, I'm always open to PRs 😄
