definitely desirable, but note also that in the Scala 2 community build I have forks of many of Haoyi's projects with sbt builds added

The old community build for scala 3 has support for mill so the lack of this feature would actually be a regression. Also the burden of maintaining custom build definitions of projects is something we definitely want to avoid
