Add an on screen option for RAM Watch.
-A GUI interface for setting the x, y coordinates of the RAM Watch display.
-Allow each watch to be on or off screen, and on its own x, y.

I've decided this is the beyond the scope of Ram Watch.  If the user needs this 
level of control it is best to simply use lua
