Layout libraries that could be used in future

I know of two JavaScript implementations of graph layout algorithms that support constraints:

• cytoscape-fcose implements the fCoSE (fast Compound Spring Embedder) algorithm as a Cutoscape.js extension (documentation on constraints)
• webcola (documentation on constraints) implements IPSep-CoLa (Incremental Procedure for Separation Constraint Layout). It can be used as a cytoscape.js extension, but can also be used independently
