Draw Canvas Appearing Under Other Map Layers

I am having issues when showing multiple layers to the map. I am using an Image Layer that is rendering on top of the Mapbox GL Draw canvas and is blocking the drawn features from appearing on the Map. Is there a way to render my Layers underneath the Mapbox GL Draw canvas so that the layer order appears as expected i.e. on top of the Image.
