numpy.oldnumeric no longer exists #7

Project attempts to import the oldnumeric module from numpy, but numpy has dropped that module. So users either have to use old version of numpy, or not use visionegg.

Ubuntu 16.04 has an updated numpy package without the oldnumeric module. Keep that in mind when upgrading.

Is there any chance that this will be fixed? Otherwise I do not see any chance to keep on maintaining this project inside Debian.
