After pg driver 7.5.0 was released, I spent some time with it, trying to figure out why this minor upgrade results in about 35% of all pg-promise tests failing to even execute correctly.

I haven't made enough progress in this direction yet, and will try to allocate time for it later.

If somebody wants to look into it in the meantime, it is much appreciated!

In the meantime, I opened an issue here.

As in turns out, the issue was with broken compatibility with pg-query-stream, which was reigning havoc on the test results.

The updated version 1.1.2 of pg-query-stream fixed the issue.

Resolved in v8.5.0.
