refactor: use node hash

Description

Use nodejs crypto module to generate hash for plugin-vue and plugin-vue-jsx. Also refactors around Vite core.

Additional context

Not sure if this causes issues for Vue?

Figured to do the refactor after looking at #5297. If this is merged, I don't see a reason for #5297 as node's native crypto should be the fastest (?).

LGTM, we already use crypto in other places, I don't see a reason to use hash-sum in the Vue plugins. It is used for CSS vars hashes in Vue core but it doesn't seem that the plugins are trying to replicate the same hashes. @sodatea maybe you could also check the PR? Just in case there is a reason we are missing here.
