opacity property in the tabs code

I work on dark theme.
I can'nt handle the disabled state of tab because the code change those properties.

I see. When you done, I can see what I can do from the source. I will try to move it to CSS (LESS). After you are done, if you can compile a list of items that did not convert well and I will look at them.
