[FEATURE] Option to follow people privately

I would like to have an option to start to follow people privately.
Would be great if when this feature be implemented, have an option to convert the list of people that I already follow publicly to privately.

whay happens if someone logs in with your npub? would they seen the private profiles you follow on the feed?

It would be interesting to follow someone without anyone knowing you are following that person but then would the person know you are following them?
