Intellitrak Feedback Tracker

This program tracks the feedback of students taking intellitrak courses. Students rate various aspects of the courses. Student data like contact information is also kept in the database and can be accessed. Student attendance is also tracked. Program was written in Python using PyQt4 and sqlite3.
