Bitrate selection window opens randomly?

Fortunately unlike other issues, this extension is still working for me. However, this bitrate window appears at random times:

It only seems to show up when I do something - exit fullscreen, change window focus, pause/play, stuff like that. So fortunately it doesn't interrupt watching, but what is causing it to show up at all? It's inconsistent so I can't reproduce it easily.

I did find out online that Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S is supposed to bring up this window in vanilla Netflix, and it does with this extension as well, but it brings up two of them, one on top of the other:

I press the key combo, I see this:

Then if I dismiss that (with Reset) I see this:

The numbers are all different so I'm not sure what's going on with that. But the main issue is still that the window appears randomly after unrelated interactions.

I also suffered the same issue and there is a workaround which I'm adopting:

If you installed uBlock Origin extension as well, join this filter into "My filters" of uBlock Origin options.

Please note that remove this filter once you need to adjust bitrate.
