It can't. Rust has their own interface that's different from everything else. However, Rust can work with C, and V can work with C, so you can output V code with a C interface, and Rust can call it, or (maybe?) vice-versa. |

The number of projects rewritten in rust is still quite small, in comparison to the whole, and that's excluding new issues being discovered about doing that. We should be careful about getting caught up in the moment or media campaigns from corporations or foundations behind certain languages. The language with the vastly greater number of libraries and OSes written in it, is good old C. Yes, C is quite old and has issues, but its a type of protocol in which other (and newer) languages can use for exchanges. As JalonSolov has suggested, you could compile whatever you want to use from Rust to C, as perhaps a DLL. Then V can use it. |

Currently, more and more projects are rewritten using rust, including Linux which also accepts rust. Here I want to explore the possibility of V directly operating rust
