added option to pass learning rate to Delfi. lr will be the same for all NDEs (can be changed if needed).
Usage example in https://github.com/VMBoehm/pydelfi/blob/stable/examples/cosmic_shear_prerun_sims-changing_params.ipynb. Modified pydelfi version on branch 'stable':
