IP routing being configured in multiple places #99

Right now IP routing is being configured in places it shouldn't be:

ansible/roles/kubernetes-cni/tasks/flannel.yml
ansible/roles/common/tasks/redhat.yml

As this is always required (for both images as well as swizzle), move these sysctl settings to a common place (maybe the kubernetes role?).
