Why As part of the initiative to add support for multiple Python versions, we need to extend the Execution API to return python_version for each individual execution. What Added job_python_version column to the data_job_execution table and job_python_version field to the all DTOs related to the Execution API. Test done Unit tests Signed-off-by: Miroslav Ivanov miroslavi@vmware.com
Aligned formatting in shared and data-pipelines frontend using same configuration for prettier and .editorconfig Executed auto format on project data-pipelines. No regression are expected, because only formatting is committed. Tested local builds, linking built lib to UI and manual validatino on every screen, and seems there is no problems. ESLint executed successfully and there no issues. What: Introduce execution of jobs with arguments (synchronously) via DAGs. The way a job dict looks now: { "job_name": "name-of-job", "team_name": "team-of-job", "fail_meta_job_on_error": True or False, **"arguments": \<json\>**, "depends_on": [name-of-job1, name-of-job2] } GitHub Issue: [#1502 Testing Done: existing tests + new unit test Closes #1502 Signed-off-by: Yoan Salambashev <ysalambashev@vmware.com>
Why As part of the initiative to add support for multiple Python versions, we need to extend the GraphQL API to return python_version for each individual execution. What Added job_python_version field to all DTOs related to the GraphQL API. Test done Unit tests. IT test will be added later since the feature for adding support for multiple Python versions is not ready for e2e testing. Signed-off-by: Miroslav Ivanov miroslavi@vmware.com

Currently, the job base image used in job builders is set in the `deploymentDataJobBaseImage` application property. This is set once at Control Service deploy and requires re-deploy of the service to be changed. As part of the initiative to support multiple python versions for data job deployments, a new application property, `supportedPythonVersions`, was introduced in 967898f. Additionally, a new API property, `python_version` was introduced in 5086fa3 to allow users to set which python version to be used for job deployments. With all this done, this change updates the JobImageBuilder to use the above-mentioned configuration to set the job base image dynamically, without requiring Control Service redeploy. This change aims to provide a better, simpler, and easier-to-read way to understand what VDK does. The image was one of the proposed ways to show it. I can also do the same with text and some complex formatting. Open for feedback. The way it's intended to be more clear - short sentences More readable - white space, formatting Simple - the division between two components. --------- Co-authored-by: Antoni Ivanov <aivanov@vmware.com> Co-authored-by: pre-commit-ci[bot] <66853113+pre-commit-ci[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

Why
As part of the initiative to add support for multiple Python versions, we need to extend the GraphQL API to return python_version for each individual execution.
What
Added job_python_version column to the data_job_execution table and job_python_version field to all DTOs related to the GraphQL API.
Test done
Unit tests. IT test will be added later since the feature for adding support for multiple Python versions is not ready for e2e testing.
