Per internal bug, any vic-machine command with the --compute-resource parameter requires the full path to the cluster if the cluster is under a folder. For example

--compute-resource=/Campus/host/TBE/IT-TBE-3PAR-01/SE-TBE-HP-BC-02

This requires an update in https://vmware.github.io/vic-product/assets/files/html/1.5/vic_vsphere_admin/vch_compute.html. We already mention to do this if the cluster is in a resource pool, but we don't mention folders.
