Rua will not attempt to build for alternate architectures if a package is marked x86_64 only #190

Technically this is not a bug in Rua. A large percentage of packages are marked x86_64 but build just fine across different platforms. Rua refuses to build them (at least it does on armv7). Suggest adding a way to override and attempt to build anyway.
