ERROR 1 2174 警告: 您提交的请求包含日期-时间属性，但未明确指定时区。请切换以使用格式为yyyymmdd-hh:mm:ss的协调世界时或使用产品的时区（如US/Eastern）。隐含时区的功能将在下一次API发布时被移除。

这个似乎是新格式，目前代码中是 yyyymmdd hh:mm:ss

这个新格式影响到了api，但是ibapi显然没有更新

我们使用TWS离线安装程序稳定版(10.12.2v)测试过了，没有复现如上问题，可以安装TWS离线安装程序稳定版(10.12.2v)试试看。
