Training super slow

I want to train a model of my own voice, i have 250 audio files of me talking between 2 and 8 seconds.
My pc is not a monster but not that bad its and RTX 2060 with a Ryzen 5 2600, but i run the train 5 hours and it only do 28 epochs on 3000 (bacth=16) and that insenly slow. Is it normal or there is a problem because i cant run my pc 22 days in a row non stop just for model no ?
