Units mismatch between folder size and releasable space/space saved

Describe the bug
There is a mismatch of Units between sizes of the node modules and releasable space/space saved.
The UX problem occurs when I have smaller node modules < 100MB. After deletion the saved space doesn't update and might seem as something wrong. The same units would help with it.

Expected behavior
By default when not using -gb argument I would expect both folder size and releasable space/space saved to be in the same units (MB).
When using -gb argument both would be in GB.
