Checklist

Add statistics output to python tool
Set up system for logging manual queries on the database
Write and test quer(ies) to make the tables needed
Execute queries on production database
Intercept statistics output in nodejs and send updates to database (test inability to reach database)
Get this running in production
Enable session counting by publishing extension
