BUG : Fix the UI , It's not responsive & Button not VIsible on light mode

button not visible in light mode , select input is not responsive and need to refactor the UI

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'HomePage'
2. Click / Hover on Button 'find issues'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Everything related to features is great. But need to fix the UI .
