/bin/bash: csg_get_property: command not found

Problem with running csg_inverse on Ubuntu 16.10 with bash 4.3.46(1) and perl v5.22.2.
I have checked csg/tools from master branch and also from the Ubuntu package. Both have the same issue. The settings.xml contains nothing fancy. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/525038/settings.xml
