Option to create directory of locations and vhosts

It would be nice if when declaring a vhost and location if the directory declared by www_root and location_alias could also be created along with the configuration.

you also need to manage the system accounts etc..

I did create another class to handle this, but seem like it should be unnecessary. Why not have this as an option?

I agree with @khaefeli that this doesn't belong here - to my mind Puppet modules should concern themselves with configuring a given service (i.e. nginx). Configuration of the www directories would belong in the module that configures whatever is served from those directories.
