Graphics Card: GTX 1050 Ti

How you triggered the behavior

load into a world
open my inventory
look at my shield

What you expected would happen

Unicorn farts and confetti would appear, and the shield would be as bright as vanilla

What actually happened

The shield is too dark

Can't find any relevant info in the logs.
