Firstly, thank you for writing this plugin. Really great, just what I needed.

Today, whilst adding a new document, it failed to sync. I presumed a database error so did the usual purge and resync but it didn’t correct the issue. The title was a question, so I removed the question mark and the sync then went through ok.

I presume there is some issue with syncing titles with special characters in, or something like that, and just wanted to notify you so you were aware.

Thanks again for all your work on this.

I'm really happy to hear that! Thank you for using this plugin.
Yes, we have some limitations in filenames.
Especially, "?" has platform differences.
It is based on obsidian and OS limitations. Unix like OS can treat "?", but windows couldn't.
Did you make a note in mac with the title contains "?" and synchronized to Windows?

Ah, actually it was on an iPad. I was using the iOS version and syncing with Android and OSX. Once I removed the "?" and everything went through fine and has been stable ever since.

I'm getting a 'New data incoming couldn't parse that.:newnote-' error when I start on android. Doesn't seem to impact anything and isn't resolved by wiping the local databases and resetting the connection.

Anyway, I'll have a look through the code now I have it up and running and see if there is anything I can contribute. Really impressed by how quickly and seamlessly it works. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Thank you for more information. It's so reasonable.
Today I've updated the plugin that checks filename and notifies when these letters.

The error of "new note..." is shown in some cases. If the errors were handled successfully, They will be shown at the bottom of the setting dialog and you can delete that directly.
But of course, It's a great honor to receive your contribution. Always welcome!
