PR Builds are failing on travis as due to:

Similarly, we do not provide these values to untrusted builds, triggered by pull requests from another repository.
(https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/environment-variables/#Encrypted-Variables)

Reading documentation, only option may be to storing it plaintext in the yml
