Hi I'm Vítor Norton (ele/dele - he/his), I've worked at startups, fintechs, and companies I built myself. I've experienced everything: from waking up at 4 AM to ensure data pipelines worked, to teaching programming to people with disabilities and seniors.
I've been a tech lead, teacher, developer advocate — but deep down, I've always been someone who likes connecting people, improving the developer experience, and making things simpler (even when they're difficult).
For over 10 years I've been writing code, organizing events, creating content, connecting communities, and continue refusing to ignore new ideas and projects.
