T&Cs, Help, and others. I think that the best way would be to create component for static content which can get content from specific URL (JSON/HTML/MD? Maybe https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-markdown-loader) under /resources
Doing so, we can easily integrate it with any CMS later on
