A freesurfer assessor has a directory output with ~300 files in it. Apparently, the upload of this specific resource back to XNAT is failing, but the assessor is still marked COMPLETE in XNAT. dax should catch this and marked the assessor as failed, at minimum. Maybe retry the upload once or twice as well?
