As reported by by CJLST side, if fakeH is parameterised instead of floating in some range (WS link) in the fit then warning messages disappear. Adopting their parameterisation it was tested here.
Once using the parameterisation, then the fakeH nuisance can be removed while running the stat. only fit as you can see here.
