页面滑动回弹问题 #44

当页面滑动到最底部或者最上方，会有页面回弹效果，但是当回弹结束，急速滑动页面或者拉动页面使得浏览器的底部出现（如QQ浏览器出现已启用x5浏览服务），会使得整个浏览器的主体跟着滑动，而不是页面滑动，等待一会儿然后再轻轻的滑动页面，就可以正常了。
（使用的是iPhone测试的，手机上的浏览器都会有这个情况，特别是qq浏览器和微信）
