Figure out a way to store it in the recipe.toml.

For now it's not possible to build for both Debian and RedHat targets if there is a dependency whose name varies based on os. For example libssl-dev on Debian and openssl-devel on RedHat.

#10 temporarily solves this problem although I would prefer to come up with a more robust solution to this problem
