New structure

[VxMxPx]

New directories structure should be implemented, allowing easy updates and sufficient user's data separation for backups etc... Waiting for Framework to add absolute path to database system wide.

New structure purposed is following:

bugless/

    config/
    languages/
    log/
    models/
    util/
    views/
    dot
profile/
    database/
    public/
