Regarding User Need 15: Some level of user-set-automation to pre-empt common interactions may help here. This could be set in a menu or a simple ML process (ie “The last 3 times [X trigger occurred] you [initiated Y interaction], would you like me to do this every time?”)

The consensus is that this is a generic requirement but does indicate a need for general awareness raising even about generic issues. But may not be explicitly relevant only in a11y guidance. @Raisonali
