The relationship between ARIA and ATs

In today's meeting, we discussed briefly the lack of decision around whether we can make normative statements about ATs in the ARIA spec and the broader topic of how to coordinate with ATs better.

We realized this could be a good F2F meeting topic.

I'm happy to chair/moderate this session and set it up with where I think things have been sub-optimal in the past but will probably not have specific ideas as to how to make things better
