疏排文本中的标点符号，相对于其前后字符的间距，应遵循什么规则，或存在哪些不同的排版需求，文档中目前没有明确说明。

下附一个参考样本（注意标题 开展对《水浒》的评论 中书名号的排版方式）：

What rules should be followed for punctuation in increased inter-character spacing are currently not clearly stated in clreq.

A reference sample is attached above (note the layout of the heading 开展对《水浒》的评论).
