When compositing of Chinese and Western mixed texts, if the author needs to emphasize a piece of text that contains both Chinese and Western text, do they also need to add the emphasis mark for the Western text? Or should they use italics, underlines, capitalization, etc.?
(#96 is kind of related, but different. It is about emphasis marks skipping punctuation marks.)
