See minutes 03 APR 2024 for discussion on adding specific biometric categories to PD extension.

Look at ISO JTC1/SC37 biometrics standards to identify top-categories under biometrics
Look at minutes 03 APR 2024 for concepts
Look at GDPR and AI Act for biometric categories (e.g. physiological, behavioral)
