The DPV-OWL extensions (e.g. DPV-GDPR) rely on DPV-OWL concepts, and therefore they should use owl:imports to reference sourcing DPV-OWL concepts while loading. This is done by adding owl:imports <https://w3id.org/dpv/dpv-owl> to the ontology_metadata files for DPV-OWL extensions. Issue suggested by @pab-github

A test for this is at 72b1afa for DPV-GDPR, and upon confirmation will be extended to include all extensions.
