Reuse/Refer to EUROVOC concepts for EU's fundamental rights #75

The https://w3id.org/dpv/rights/eu document provides a taxonomy of EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. The EUROVOC thesauri/taxonomies also provide concepts on these, e.g. https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/concept/-/resource?uri=http://eurovoc.europa.eu/6286 and https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/concept/-/resource?uri=http://eurovoc.europa.eu/538

DPV should either reuse these, or align with this. I'm unsure how to interpret these, extract them as a dataset, or how they are structured in relation to laws/documents, or being declared as instances of Right.
