The existing reference to the PDF specification is dated and doesn't point to the current version of the spec, instead pointing to a page that appears to be last updated in 2004 rather than to the ISO 32000 file location. I've also added a pointer to the ISO-approved copy that is hosted on Adobe's site and that is free for people to read instead of CHF 198 for the official version.
