no content-type charset value in header of https://www.w3.org/ns/dcat.ttl #1183

Unless I'm mistaken, I'm not seeing an encoding specified in the header [I expected a content-type charset] so it is appearing as windows-1252 in my browser. Given that we have diverse languages we need to ensure that the W3C publication has the correct headers
