As a consequence of the merge of PR 1401 that fixes issue #1394,
we need to replace the RDF files accessible at http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat# with the corresponding following three new serializations

https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/blob/gh-pages/dcat/rdf/dcat2.rdf
https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/blob/gh-pages/dcat/rdf/dcat2.ttl
https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/blob/gh-pages/dcat/rdf/dcat2.jsonld

The other files served at http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat# shouldn't change.
