Ethiopic Gemination Mark (ጥበቅ) Vertical Positioning:

The same rules apply to the ETHIOPIC COMBINING VOWEL LENGTH MARK (U+135E) and ETHIOPIC COMBINING GEMINATION AND VOWEL LENGTH MARK (U+135D). Stakeholders here (current or past) should be identified.
